    ELIOS DE CARRERE is by the legendary sire Manganate, who has been a leading sire in France many times. He has sired some of the best runners and is proving to be a sire of sires. Some of his best offspring include DORMANE (1st Dubai S., etc.), DJENDEL (1st Emir's Cup, etc.), MAKZAN (1st International Turf Cup, etc.).

    ELIOS DE CARRERE is out of the best female line in the world today, dam Nerva Du Cassou, by Baroud III out of Nevadour. Nerva has proven to be an exceptional broodmare with some outstanding progeny who have proved themselves as racehorses or a breeding stock such as Danie Du Cassou (dam of Sires Dahes and Bibi De Carrere). Nerva Du Cassou traces back to all old French lines and on to old desert lines particularly through her sire Baroud III, sire of Cheri Bibi. He also was sire to other outstanding broodmares including Jina de Cassou, Laida du Cassou, Praline du Cassou and Floralie.
